If a refund request is submitted before any service has begun, the request may be reviewed by Weondie. Approved refund requests will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
After the Service Has Started
Once any of the following actions have taken place, the service is considered to have started and no refunds will be issued:

Consulting sessions
Advertising setup, optimization, or management
No Performance Guarantee
Social media consulting and advertising results depend on multiple factors, including platform algorithms, budget, target audience behavior, and market conditions. For this reason, Weondie does not guarantee specific results, and refund requests based on performance expectations will not be accepted.
Client Responsibilities
Refund requests will not be accepted in cases where delays or issues arise due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client, lack of communication, or violations of social media platform policies.
Exceptional Cases
In exceptional circumstances, Weondie reserves the right to review refund requests at its sole discretion. Any decision made will be final.
